Volunteering - Front of House
As the theatre is entirely run by volunteers we are always looking for new people, of any age, to join our existing group of stewards.
If you can donate an evening during the week or the weekend from 45 minutes before the show starts until 15 minutes after the end you can watch the many varying performances staged in the theatre for free.
Stewards have an important rôle to play in the operating of the theatre as we would be unable to stage the dance shows, plays, musical, professional touring productions or yearly pantomime without them.
The main rôle of a steward is to meet, greet and assist the patrons of the theatre to their seats, sell programmes, and occasionally sweets and ice cream in the foyer.
You need absolutely no experience as full training well be given.
